This policy describes harrislegacyfoundation.com (the “Site”). The Site offers links and embedded players to third-party HTML5 games for casual entertainment.
Information we collect
Contact form. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive whatever you type: name, email address, and message content. We use it only to respond.
Server logs. Like most websites, hosting infrastructure may log IP address, browser type, request time, and referring URL. We use logs for security and troubleshooting.
Local storage. If you accept the cookie banner, we store a small flag in your browser so the banner stays hidden. That value does not identify you personally.
Cookie policy
We do not run behavioral ad networks on this domain. The only first-party storage we intentionally set is the banner-dismiss flag described above.
Embedded game players are served by external domains. Those domains may set their own cookies or use storage under their policies. We do not control their practices. You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings; some games may not load correctly if you do.
Children
The Site is general-audience casual entertainment. Parents and guardians should supervise younger players, especially around in-game purchases or external links inside publisher UIs.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to complete the conversation unless law requires otherwise. Server logs rotate on a schedule set by the hosting provider.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Site means you accept the revised policy.
